As September comes to a close, we have to say farewell to two remarkable woman who worked with us throughout the summer.
Maria (L) & Amber (R) were two of the most amazing culinary students who have ever set foot in our restaurant. We feel so fortunate to have had talented, dedicated students over the years, but this year in particular we truly feel blessed.
These two women never took a day off, never called in sick, came in every day ready to rock and rock they did. We are sad to see them leave (maybe??? – Hope to see them back 
) but hope they walk away with more knowledge and confidence to attack year two at their respective culinary schools (@nsccakerley & @culinaryinstituteofcanada).
Kudos to you both for making the Summer at The Canteen an exceptional one
